The Shape of Things to Come
The National Centre for Craft & Design, as part of our tenth anniversary programme, is delighted to bring to its audience a wide range of leading cutting edge artists who are defining the future of craft and design. These artists have been brought together for the first time in Growing, an exhibition curated from nominations made by some of the nation’s leading figures in the sphere of contemporary craft and design, presenting a view of what craft and design is today and how this will inform the next ten years of making and curating.
To further explore, and debate the shape of things to come we will be hosting a special day for those involved and interested in the sector during which there will be contributions from artists, curators, and guests from the higher education sector.
The event is free but spaces are limited so booking is essential. Ideal for those involved and interested in the sector.
